Kirkland and Ellis's Chicago office has expanded to approximately 650 lawyers who provide a full spectrum of litigation, corporate, real estate, intellectual
property, restructuring, tax, benefits and estates services. We were contracted to install the baseboard heating for the 6th and 7th Floors of their occupancy in the new building at 300 North LaSalle, Chicago.
The Executive floors (6th and 7th) were fitted with top of the range LAM SERIES ARCHITECTURAL STYLE SILL HEATERS, (baseboard electric heating), branded by Trans Energy Systems.
Representatives from Kirkland & Ellis worked closely with developer Hines Real
Estate Interests LP, architect SOM and project manager The Rise Group
to influence key design decisions regarding the building, including
lobby design, parking and elevator capacity, and reliability and
redundancy of major building and Kirkland systems including power,
cooling and technology. General contractor Clune Construction joinedthe team to assist in the design and build out of the Firm's space. Download PowerPoint Presentation of the Sill Line Heaters here (13 mb, approx. 30 seconds)
