On August 31, 2009  the doors to the 400,000 square foot mega dealership Grossinger City Autoplex opened, houses 4 major brands: Toyota, Scion, Cadillac and Chevy, and occupies a full city block.  The massive dealership boasts 4 floors, over 500 new cars in stock, 54 service bays and an indoor used-car showroom. Customers are given the royal treatment, having access to a full-service cafe, nail spa, shoeshine stand, three children’s playrooms with toys and chalkboards, laptops with Wi-Fi and a small library of books.

In the main receiving area, the dock door had 3 x 13.5kw Ouellet infra red heaters and one Ouellet 20kw standard environment heater.

The Service Area had one King KFUH High volume Heat Delivery System

Ouelett Baseboard heaters were placed around the perimeter.
